RULES & REGULATIONS

1.  Ensemble will perform three selections or not exceed rule #2 limits.
2.  Set-up, performance, and leaving the stage will not exceed thirty minutes.
3.  Ensembles will have a thirty minute clinic with one judge in the band room.
4.  Ensemble will provide two sets of original scores for each selection for each judge.
5.  Ensembles will receive a score that will be translated into a rating of superior (100-90); excellent (89-80); good (79-70); improving (69-60).
6.  Ensembles will receive tapes, score sheets, and a trophy indicating their achieved rating.
7.  Ensembles may stay and view other performing groups in the auditorium.
8.  Admission for spectators is five dollars.
9   The cost of each ensemble’s adjudication, clinic, and rating is $100 to assist in covering the cost of adjudicators and trophies.
10.  Tapes, sheets, and trophies will be available thirty minutes after the ensembles clinic.
11.  The festival is limited to fourteen ensembles on a first-come first-serve basis.
