2026 Guard Fans Favorite
MAC prides itself on education through competition, and strives to encourage creativity, design, and achievement at all levels.
Throughout the season ensembles receive commentary, scores, and placements from highly qualified judges. However, sometimes their say doesn’t align with the audience’s experience of the performances they have the pleasure of viewing.
As an annual tradition, MAC holds voting the week prior to each championship contest to allow the audience their say in an outcome, and MAC is enthusiastic to award an overall “Fans Favorite” to the ensemble that receives the most unique votes.
This year the winter guards received over 3,200 unique votes for who they thought was their favorite show. What an accomplishment, and thank you to everyone who voted!!!
